Meet Mike Love

Mr. Love’s practice is primarily focused on personal injury litigation with an emphasis in 18-wheeler truck wreck cases. In addition to his legal training, Mr. Love owns a mid-sized trucking company giving him a unique insight into the trucking industry. Mr. Love is often called on by other law firm’s around the state to assist in establishing liability against negligent trucking companies following serious accidents involving 18-wheelers. Mr. Love routinely handles a variety of complex personal injury cases, ranging from construction injury cases, defective machine and product cases, premises liability, and commercial litigation disputes.

Under Mr. Love’s supervision, the firm has handled many personal injury cases involving serious injury or death, winning numerous trial verdicts and settlements in the multi-million dollar range. Mike Love & Associates exclusively represents individuals, families, and small companies throughout the State of Texas.

Mr. Love is licensed in the state of Texas and admitted to practice law in all Texas courts, Federal Court, U.S. District Court, Eastern & Southern District of Texas, United States Court of Federal Claims; and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
