Meet Sam Johnson

Sam Johnson is the newest member of the Mike Love & Associates legal team. Mr. Johnson joined the firm in August of 2007 after having practiced with a health law litigation firm in Houston, TX, specializing in medical malpractice defense. Mr. Johnson is a native of Lufkin, and we were happy to offer him the opportunity to practice law in his hometown. He now oversees the day-to-day tasks of our firm’s personal injury docket, and is heavily involved in the litigation and trial of our personal injury cases.

Sam Johnson earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Houston Law School, where he distinguished himself as a top competitor in many national mock trial competitions, including the Nation Tournament of Champions. Prior to attending U of H, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and was a recipient of the University Scholars Award.
